By creating an account or using Hubble ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hubble, operated by Damián Longoria.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hubble. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 years old represent that they have obtained parental or guardian consent.
3. Your Account
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at missioncontrol@hubble.events if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses.
4. User Content
User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you submit to Hubble, including show logs, ratings, reviews, and profile information ("User Content").
License to Hubble: By submitting User Content, you grant Hubble a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the platform and in connection with promoting the Service. We will never sell your individual content to third parties.
Aggregated data: You grant Hubble the right to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your activity — such as genre trends, venue popularity, and attendance patterns — for product improvement and potential music industry insights products. This aggregated data does not identify you individually.
Content standards: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards without notice.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Hubble through automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments and Subscriptions
Hubble currently offers free access to all features. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription tiers, premium features, or other payment structures in the future. If and when paid features are introduced, we will provide advance notice to existing users before any charges take effect. Payment terms, pricing, refund policies, and billing cycles will be clearly communicated at the time of introduction and may be updated over time with notice. All payments will be processed securely through Stripe or an equivalent third-party payment processor.
7. Intellectual Property

The Hubble name, logo, design, and all platform content created by us — excluding User Content — are owned by Hubble and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or intellectual property without prior written permission.
8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content including show logs, ratings, or reviews.
10. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hubble and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payments have been made.
11. Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, including changes to features, pricing structures, data practices, and user rights. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion at missioncontrol@hubble.events.
